This is one of those weeks where the middle of it is heavier than the edges.
That’s fine.
Some weeks ask for a little more time up front. Other weeks don’t. You don’t need to make a philosophy out of it. You just read what’s there and keep moving.
That has been the pattern the whole time.
A few days with Psalms and longer sections. A few days with just Proverbs. It balances out over time, which is probably better than pretending every day has to look the same.
It doesn’t.
If a day is fuller, read it when you can. If a day is lighter, don’t congratulate yourself too much. Just take the next chapter when it comes.
